6. Code of Conduct All participants are expected to behave in a professional and appropriate manner. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the event without refund (if a competitor).

7. Cancellation Policy a. If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, participants will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer registration to a future event. b. We are not responsible for any personal expenses associated with attending the event.

8. Limitation of Liability The American Legion Dupont will not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages in connection with the event, whether direct, incidental, or consequential, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
